These terms apply to Simplex DAW Assistant, operated by MooneChild Enterprise, LLC.
Using your account
You need an account to reach the Compose, Produce, Mix, Master, Stems, and Manuals sections. Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate information, and let us know if you believe someone else is using your account.
Premium access
Premium sections unlock while your ChordCraft Studio subscription is active or in trial. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by ChordCraft Studio, and access here follows that subscription's status.
Acceptable use
The guidance, worksheets, and downloads are for your own music production work. Please don't resell or redistribute them, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the service for other people.
Your music
Anything you create — chord progressions, arrangements, exported MIDI, stem manifests — stays yours. We claim no ownership of your work.
